HCRA Championship

Raced in my first Hawaii canoe championship yesterday. A full story in the advertiser. Our club, Healani, did well coming in third overall in the A division with 8 boats qualifying. I paddled in my first state championship sitting in the 3rd seat of the mixed boat in Nov B. It was a great day with over 10,000 folks from around the State attending. What a great season! The men's boat got a 1st, after all the drama this past two weeks, it was a great accomplishment. We drank til we all got drunk and Ed as per usual passed out again. Congrats to all!
